I have been through the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc. Standards probably since their evolutions; I have been in it, work with or work through people in large conglomerates situated on the high-rises right in the hearts of major cities, or those small backyard industries struggling near the outskirts; I have read uncountable post graduate dissertations or theses, contributed from all walks of life, whom had hardly given any inspiration to me, but a reflection of their desperate attempts to take an academic stance and blending with shallow experiences so as to put up an expert formulation of arguments, in the ever hot topic - Is an organization being certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc., really reaping their benefits they ought to have? I want an answer! People out there want an answer!
